Printable music team planner: February to April 2015

This is a printable music-team roster for February - April 2015, based on the Roman Catholic liturgical calendar.

It has:

• One row for each Sunday in this period, labelled with the corresponding feast from the Irish liturgical calendar.
  Review it against your own country's liturgical calendar, to remove Irish-specific feasts, and add your own.

• Extra rows for the non-Sunday feast days when many churches are likely to have music (St Patrick's day, Easter)
  Change these to suit your local calendar.

• Four columns: one each for co-ordinator, musician(s), song-leader / cantor and audio-visual.
  Change these to suit your local needs.

About the three-month planning approach

The three-month planning approach adopted here matches both the liturgical and secular seasons :

• Feb - Mar - April (always covers Lent and Easter)
• May - Jun - Jul (spring / summer in Europe, winter in the southern hemisphere)
• Aug - Sept - Oct (Back-to-school = start of a new year in Europe.   Spring in the south.)
• Nov - Dec - Jan (New Year and summer-holidays in the south, people get together in late January to plan for the rest of the year).
