How to use this page
This cheat-sheet is designed to fit onto one page, so it can be attached to the inside cover of your choir member's music folders.

Singers who don't attend rehearsals and don't let anyone know, are a problem faced by many church choir directors.  The sheet includes a reminder about when practice is and who to tell if you cannot attend - this can be a polite way to constantly remind people what they should be doing.

This document is covered by a Creative Commons licence, and you can customise and adapt it in any way.  The only restriction is that you must not remove the copyright notice.

Before distributing it to your choir you may like to add:
  • Your choir or church logo, instead of the LiturgyTools.net logo
  • Your regular practice date, time and contact details
  • Other local information (eg how to get into the building, or to sign up for mailing lists or Facebook groups, or whatever other tools you use to keep in touch with members).
Use the Microsoft Word version for a more professional look, or use the PDF version and hand-write in the extra details.
