Roman Catholic Mass Planning Template - event organizer version

This template is for organizing a"more complicated than usual"  Roman Catholic Mass.

Page two has the same features as the standard version Mass plannng template, (detailed list of the parts of the service, names of hymns, reading etc, and who will do them, and space for any other information.

Page one starts with the administrative, theme and pastoral information from the standard version,but also has a checklist of extra functions that may be needed,eg ushers, childcare, car-park, catering, audo-visual,  and many more.
 
The form is in English, and based on the official (ICEL) English translation of Novus Ordo (the Mass format introduced after Vatican II).

How to use the template

Save the file (right-click on it, and choose "Save Link as"), or open by clicking it and save or print the file that opens.

Work through the list on page one, making notes about your plans in each area.   If some items don't apply in your situation - delete them.   But there may be other items that do apply - add them.

The standard-version article has basic information abut using the template (Fill in the background details, fill in the selected hymns etc, choose the people leading each one and the key).
