Readings

First: Acts 2:1-11 - The Holy Spirit comes to the apostles, they receive the gift of speaking in many languages and the on-lookers are amazed to hear the apostles speak in then.

Psalm 103 - Send forth your Spirit O Lord and renew the face of the earth / Bless the Lord my soul / You take back your Spirit they die / May the glory of the Lord last forever.

Second: Galatians 5:16-25 - Die to self-indulgence and live according to the fruits of the Holy Spirit, viz, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfulness, gentleness and self-control.

Sequence: Holy Spirit, Lord of Light

Gospel: John 15:26-27, 16:12-15 - Jesus tells the disciples that the Spirit of truth will come to them and lead them to the complete truth.
