Most are free-to-use (ie public domain or copyright-free) meaning the words can be copied and sung to at least one tune with no concerns about copyright or performance licensing. Many such hymns are old/traditional - but where possible a variety of styles / genres are included.

Readings
First:Amos 7:7-17 The prophet Amos sees what the Lord is showing him, and hears and responds to the call preach the Lord's message. This causes political issues, but Amos was undeterred, and prophesied that Israel shall surely go into exile away from its land.

Deuteronomy 30:10-14 - Moses tells the people to obey the voice of God, keeping the commandments and laws that are in the Book, and he reassures them that this is possible for them, because God's word is very near.

Second: Colossians 1:1-14 - Paul greets the believes in Colossae, telling them that his community is praying for them and thanking God that they have faith in Christ Jesus ... "May you be made strong with all the strength that comes from his glorious power, and may you be prepared to endure everything with patience ... He has rescued us from the power of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of his beloved Son."
