"Free-to-use" means the words can be copied and sung to at least one tune with no concerns about copyright or performance licensing - sometimes in a limited setting.
Many such hymns are old/traditional - but where possible a variety of styles and genres are included.

First: Kings - Solomon tells the people to welcome foreigners who come in the Lord's name.
Psalm: 116 - Go out to the whole world and proclaim the Good News / O praise the Lord / strong is his love for us.
Second: Galatians - Paul exhorts the churches of Galatia to be faithful to the Good News as Jesus preached it, and to condemn those preaching a different message.
Gospel: Luke - Jesus heals the Roman centurion's son.
Faith. The Good News that Christ and the Church are for all people - God's love is not private.
