First: Isaiah 50: 4-7 - The Lord has given me a disciples tongue ... I offered my back to those who struck me.Psalm: 21 - My God, why have you forsaken me / All who see me deride me / Dogs have surrounded me / They divided my clothing among them.
Second: Philippians 2: 6-11 - His state was divine yet Christ Jesus ... was humbler yet, even to accepting death on a cross. But God raised him high.
Gospel: Luke 22:14 - 23:56 - The Passion, from Jesus celebrating the Passover meal, until his body is placed in the tomb by Joseph of Arimathea.
