This is a printable music-team roster for the period November 2022 to January 2023. It has:
- One row for each Sunday in this period, labelled with the corresponding feast from the England and Wales Roman Catholic liturgical calendar, and notes about other observances that day or in the coming week.
- Extra rows for major non-Sunday feast days when churches are likely to have music. Review it against your own country's liturgical calendar, to show your own extra feast days
- Two columns with the dates and names of the feast or liturgical calendar day.
- Three columns for your use.
Right now these are labelled Co-ordinator, Musician(s), Audio-visual. Change them to suit your team, eg you may need Choir Cantor, Animator, Organist, Worship Leader, etc
Things to note in this time period
November which is traditionally this month is when the church prays for the deceased starts with All Saints and All Souls days, and goes through to Christ the King. The first Sunday in Advent falls in the last week of November. December includes several significant feats, including the Immaculate Conception, and Our Lady of Guadalaupe. This year, Christmas Day is on Sunday. So for church musicians the Saturday vigil becomes Christmas eve and Sunday becomes Christmas Day, which is about the least-stressful possible combination.January is included in this planning calendar so that teams can plan for the post-Christmas period well in advance: this is important in the southern hemisphere were many people take extended summer breaks.

Why this three month period
Planning in these three-month periods fits both the liturgical and secular seasons:- Feb - Mar - April (includes Lent and Easter)
- May - Jun - Jul (spring / summer in Europe, winter in the southern hemisphere)
- Aug - Sept - Oct (Back-to-school = start of a new year in Europe)
- Nov - Dec - Jan (New Year and summer-holidays in the south, people get together in late January to plan for the rest of the year).
If this combination doesn't suit your church, then it may be better to use the blank music roster template.
