It does not include hymns about subjects that could be implied from the story (eg repentance, seeking the lost), just ones which relate directly to it.
The list is grouped into two sections:

Unlike many Bible stories, the majority of hymns and songs about Zacchaeus were written for children, and are recently, so still copyright. If you know of any older hymns about Zacchaeus, please leave a message in the Comment box near the bottom of the page.
About the story of Zacchaeus
The story of Jesus and Zacchaeus is told in only one of the Gospel, Luke 19: 1-10.In this passage, Zacchaeus is a wealthy, dishonest tax-collector, who is also short. He hears that Jesus will be passing through Jericho and wants to see him - but know that his height will make this difficult. So Zacchaeus climbs a sycamore tree, where he has an excellent view. While passing the tree, Jesus sees Zacchaeus, and calls him by name to come down from the tree - and they dine together in Zacchaeus' home.
After this, Zacchaeus has a change of heart, repents for his previous behavior and promises to be make amends. Jesus comments that the Son of Man has come to seek the lost.
