First: Isaiah 62: 1-5 - The bridegroom rejoices in his bride.

Psalm: Psalm 95 - Proclaim the wonders of the Lord among all peoples / O sing a new song to the Lord / Proclaim his help day by day / Worship the Lord in his temple

Second: I Corinthians 12:4-11 - There is a variety of gifts but always the one spirit - the same spirit working in all.

Gospel: John 2:1-11 - The wedding at Cana - my time has not yet come - do whatever he tells you - the first of the signs given by Jesus - he let his glory be seen.

  1. As you may know, Pope John Paul II declared the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. to be a "Martyr for the Church". In the United States, we celebrate Martin Luther King day on January 21, and our church sings the hymn "We Shall Overcome" # 817 in our Gather 3rd edition hymnal (GIA out of Chicago) that weekend. Thank you for all you do, you are a big help.

    1. Thank you, I hadn't considered Martin Luther King Day - I'll do some research on it.

  2. I lead choir in my church & i follow ur site regularly for choosing hymns for sunday mass. Keep up ur good work.
